How wooden furniture is manufactured?

A careful selection of high-quality wood

Trimming and sanding wood
Once the wood has been selected, it must be cut to the correct size and shape. This is done using a variety of tools, including saws, lathes, and routers. The pieces are then sanded smooth and finished with a stain or paint. At SFD Furniture Design, we do not use toxic substances during the entire production process.
Hand assembly of furniture
After the piece is complete, it must be assembled. This is usually done by attaching the various parts to each other using screws, nails, or glue. Our furniture is handmade in Poland by local small manufacturers. Once the furniture is assembled, it is ready to be used and enjoyed for years to come. We take care of nature and the entire life cycle of the product, that’s why production waste is reused or disposed of appropriately.

The final stage is, of course, the delivery of the furniture to your home. The comfort and satisfaction of our customers are the most important to us, which is why we inform you about the delivery process at every stage.
